The Micron internal filter for aquariums with capacities up to 20 gallons and is fitted with a floating rotor system, integrated with an antiwear device and an exclusive water flow control system which allows filtering to be adjusted on the basis of the volume of water in the aquarium. The Micron is ready for wall fitting with high-adherence suction cups. The filtering action is carried out by an active carbon filter with zeolite which ensures perfect water cleanliness for at least 30 days. Keeping at least one spare cartridge available is recommended. Internal filter for aquariums & terrariums.
Micron maintenance needs are minimal but important for proper filter function. For regular cleaning of the filter cartridge, remove the filter from the basin, open the filter prechamber and rinse the sponge under running water. Every two months remove the prechamber, then delicately extract the rotor and wash everything under warm water, removing any calcium deposits. Reassemble everything in reverse order. Before handling, turn off electrical power of any equipment submersed in water. The carbon-zeolite cartridge, used for the absorption of chlorine, medical residues or other pollutants, has a maximum duration of 30 days, after which it must be replaced. Rinse the sponge under running water and replace it when worn. This product is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase for material or manufacturing defect. Certificate of guarantee must be filled out by retailer and must accompany the filter along with the receipt, in case it is submitted for reparation. The guarantee consists in the substitution of the defective parts. The guarantee is not valid in the case of improper use or negligence.
